Easiest Diy Soft Boiled Eggs with know-how

I learned from a Japanese noodle restaurant.
Three steps:
  1. Boild the water.
  2. At the same time, carefully crack the egg's bottom and pierce the air cell only so the water can fill in it for heating everywhere.
  3. Put egg inside boiling water for 6~6.5 minutes, then take out and put into cold water for at least 10 minutes.
  4. (If you want to add flavor, make the sauce and soak the eggs that have removed the shell for at least a night. )

PS:
  1. 6mins for 25°C egg. If in the fridge then 6.5. Of course, time varies by egg size, so try it yourself.
  2. Continuously stirring the eggs ensures the yolk remains centered and prevents overheating. This can be achieved either by constant stirring or using a higher flame to achieve a more vigorous boil.
